  • Company Secretary (CS) is a Key Managerial Position that holds the primary responsibility of ensuring the companies are 100% compliant. The position is a key role in managing the company's governance and reputation risk.
  • Work as the Company Secretary of the Company and handle statutory compliance thereof.
  • To handle Secretarial department independently.
  • Coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

Driver cum Operator on Third Party Payroll

Candidate should have done minimum HSC (10+2) and 6 months (Fireman) Certificate course or 1 year ITI / Diploma (Fireman) course from any recognized Govt. board or institute with minimum 2-3 years’ experience of driving HMV vehicles (Fire tenders/Multi-Purpose Fire Tender/Rescue Tender/Foam Tender etc.) in firefighting department of any Government/ Public Sector Undertaking/ Autonomous bodies/ Industrial Fire Service, the detailed Job Description is as under,

  • Valid HMV Driving License
  • Responsible for Inspection, cleaning and testing of firefighting and rescue equipment kept in Fire Tender immediately after taking charge. Fill up the details in the relevant checklist, report to Fire Services Shift Incharge in case of deficiency observed.
  • Shall respond immediately after hearing turn-out siren along with fire crew and drive Fire Tender to attend fire, rescue, and emergency calls, execute safe firefighting and rescue operations under command of Fire Services Shift Incharge.
    • DCPO shall be able to conduct the following:
    • Start up the appliance and drive safely
    • Operate equipment
    • Initiate shutdown procedures
  • Filling up of checklists/ reports/logbooks and keeping relevant records

  • Strive hard to maintain the vehicle for responding to and mitigate emergencies as well as for any routine operational requirement. Any deviation should be reported to Fire Services Shift Incharge.
  • DCPO shall actively participate in all Physical Training, Squad drills, Fire Drills, Mock Drills, Topography Drills, and training to upkeep physical fitness and continuous enhancement of skills.
  • Report on duty in proper uniform and maintain high standards of discipline throughout.
  • No DCPO shall leave his duty place without handing over the proper charge to his reliever.

Competencies Required

This is a contractual position on third party payroll. The remuneration will be commensurate with qualification and experience.

Candidate should have done minimum HSC (10+2) and 1 year ITI / Diploma (Fireman) course from any recognized Govt. board or institute with minimum 1 (one) year experience in firefighting department of any Government/ Public Sector Undertaking/ Autonomous bodies/ Industrial Fire Service, Candidate with HMV Driving License is preferable. The detailed Job Description is as under,

  • Fireman shall report on duty as per assigned schedule and duty roster to concerned Shift Incharge.
  • As per assigned duties and deployment, shall check and test equipment at Fire Station, Fire Vehicles Fire store etc. In case of any discrepancies observed in appliance/equipment, the same shall be reported to Shift In-charge Fire Services.
  • Shall actively participate in Physical trainings, Squad Drills, Fire Drills, Mock Drills, Topography Drills, demonstrations, and recurrent training programs to maintain physical fitness and competency development.
  • Fireman deployed on Fire Vehicles, should take immediate turn out on hearing Turn-out siren along with Fire Shift Incharge and at fire ground perform duty under command of Fire Services Shift Incharge.
  • Fireman deployed at Fire Station should perform Sentry Duty and Control Room Operator duty as allotted. Control Room Operator should remain vigilant at Fire Station receive all phone calls and messages and disseminate the same as required.
  • Perform scheduled testing and maintenance of Fire Vehicles, Fire Hydrant, Medium Velocity Water Spray System, Deluge System, Fire Water Pumps, Fire Extinguishers, Fire Bucket, Hydraulic Cutter cum Spreader, Power Saw, Pneumatic Lifting Bag, Positive Pressure Ventilation Fan, Thermal Imaging Camera, Heat Resistance Suit etc. and report to Fire Services Shift In-charge.
  • Fireman assigned for Inspection, testing and maintenance duties must carry out testing of Fire Pumps, fire alarm system, fire extinguishers, and submit status report.
  • If any fire detected or reported to him, Fire Operator will inform the Fire Shift Incharge and proceed to extinguish the fire with the help of suitable equipment and extinguishing media.
  • Fireman shall maintain and ensure smooth functioning of the equipment and maintain good housekeeping at his workplace.
  • No Fireman shall leave his duty place without handing over the proper charge to his reliever.

Senior Executive, Landscape & Horticulture

  • The selection of appropriate plant, shrubs and lawns/ground spread best suited for local/regional geography in and around the GIFT City.
  • To execute plantation, work as per approved plan.
  • Supervise the maintenance of irrigation network and provide appropriate irrigation as per codal provisions for respective variety of plants, shrubs and lawns etc. for the entire landscape throughout year.

  • Should have Engineering Degree/Diploma from recognized and reputed university and should have 8+ years of experience in operation & maintenance of large size chiller plants, pumps, cooling towers, HT panels and systems (33 kv, 11 kv) & LT panels and systems (415V & below), Oil filled Transformers (33/11kV, 11kV/415V), UPS, UFDs, DG sets, Distribution boards and other electrical systems
  • Should have experience in operation & maintenance of large size centrifugal chillers, centrifugal pumps, cooling towers, PHEs, AHUs, Air conditioning unit, fans, blowers, etc. and should have good knowledge about water treatment in open loop and closed loop systems.
  • Good knowledge about power distribution systems. Experience in problem solving technique for both LT-HT systems. Capable of reading electrical SLD and control wiring diagram and drawings and trouble shooting.
  • Plan maintenance schedule (Preventive and Predictive) in consultation with the supervisor.
